Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and properly packaged as delivered.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and labels.

• Certain items such as customized or final-sale products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

• If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@buypowerbatteries.com before sending your item back.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
